This is a walking tour through Shakespeare’s old haunts, Dickens’ childhood, and the hidden corners that inspired some of the greatest stories ever written.

  • Stops include Shakespeare’s Globe(s), the place Dickens’ dad was imprisoned, the first chapter of the Canterbury Tales and a few other spots your guidebooks may have missed

  • End: Shakespeare’s Globe by the river
